Alma 27:34 indicates that Omner was one of the four sons of Mosiah.
Alma 51:26 indicates that the City of Omner was on the east borders by the seashore. Use of the term "of" implies the city was named after Omner the son of Mosiah. If that is the case, it may indicate how far Omner traveled during his missionary years, or possibly where he lived after retiring from his missionary efforts. I believe this scripture indicates the city of Omner was south of the city of Morianton.
